Discounts & Promotions

Everyone loves a good discount. We hear ya, and every so often we like to show our appreciation by offering discounts and promotions to our new and returning customers. Here are the ways you can take advantage when these events occur, along with some things to keep in mind.

Promo Codes

Promo codes can typically be used for a discount on items across the site, though we do offer category- or product-specific promotions from time to time. For either type of promotion there will usually be some products that are excluded, such as gift cards, items that are already discounted, or items that simply don't meet the minimum criteria to be included in the promotion. Promo codes can be applied during the checkout process and may be limited to a single use.

Automatic Discounts

Some promotions may be offered that automatically apply to your cart during checkout. As with promo codes, some product exclusions or other criteria may exist that could prevent a discount from being applied to specific items.

Promotion Duration

We always strive to be transparent and honest in everything we do, and that includes messaging around specific promo limitations when applicable. In general, any promotion offered will have a pre-determined start and end date/time within which a promotion can be utilized. That said, we do reserve the right to terminate any promotion for any reason and at any time without prior notice. This doesn't usually happen, but we're humans behind the scenes here :-)
